Clear policies mean great hair days for everyone. They allow us to honor your time, our stylists’ schedules, and keep your appointment running flawlessly.
CANCELATION POLICY
Our stylists' time is valuable, just like yours. We ask that you respect that time and kindly notify us of appointment cancellations prior to 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
If you're unable to cancel your appointment within that timeframe, the following fees will be incurred:
If a client requests a cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled service, they will be charged 50% of the quoted service. If a client requests a cancellation within 10 hours of the scheduled service, they will be charged 75% of the scheduled service.
A cancellation after the 10 hour grace period will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service. If a client does not agree to the cancellation policy, Tint Color Bar reserves the right to refuse service or cancel future appointment. Thank you for your understanding.
Late Policy
If a client is 15 minutes late to their scheduled appointment there will be a $20 late fee added to the service. If a client is more than 15 minutes late, causing the appointment to extend into the next client's appointment, the appointment will be forfeited and charged the cancellation policy (see above).
Children & Guest Policy
To guarantee the comfort and create a peaceful environment for all of our clients, we do not allow children in the salon unless they have an appointment. Failure to follow this policy will result in the appointment needing to be rescheduled and may incur a late / cancellation fee. Also, due to limited space please do not bring guests to your appointment. Thank you for your understanding.
